Trazium is an early-stage AI automation product. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the data controller is currently:

If Trazium is later operated by a legal entity, this Privacy Policy will be updated with the corresponding company details.
2. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data submitted through the Trazium website, including the waitlist form and the contact form.
It does not yet cover the future Trazium product or customer workspaces. A separate product privacy notice or data processing agreement may apply when the product becomes available.
3. Personal data we collect
When you join the waitlist, we may collect:
- Email address.
- Role, company or context, if provided.
- Selected language or locale.
- Signup source, if available.
- Approximate country from request headers, if available.
- User agent and basic technical request metadata.
- Date, time and version of privacy policy acceptance.
When you contact us, we may collect:

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the contact form.
4. Why we process your data

5. Email communications
If you join the waitlist, we may send you occasional emails about Trazium, including product updates, private preview invitations and early access opportunities.
You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist or stop receiving communications at any time by contacting privacy@trazium.ai.
6. Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate the website and handle form submissions. These providers may process personal data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, network and request handling.
- Neon — database storage for waitlist records.
- Resend — sending confirmation and notification emails.
We only share personal data with providers where necessary to operate the website, process forms, send emails, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, data processing agreements and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep waitlist data while Trazium is in development and while it is necessary to manage early access, product updates and launch communications.
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain reasonable business records.
You can request deletion of your data at any time, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security or compliance reasons.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request portability of your data where applicable.

10. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Cookies and analytics
At this stage, the Trazium landing page does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
If we add analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify users through the website or by email.
